Dry storage works well for powerboats, sailboats, center consoles, and skiffs. It usually costs less than a wet slip. Your hull stays out of the water, so you deal with less marine growth, less corrosion, and fewer bottom jobs. When you're ready to go out, the bay is right here.

Get DirectionsOur heritage
Built on Marinship History
Our storage yard sits in Sausalito's historic Marinship district. During World War II, this shoreline was home to the Marinship yard, where workers built Liberty ships and tankers for the war effort around the clock.
The cranes are gone, but the working-waterfront spirit stayed. Today the facility is part of Schoonmaker Point Marina, a waterfront community with deep-water slips, pump-out, on-site parking, and Le Garage restaurant. We bring that same marina know-how to storing your boat, RV, trailer, or belongings.
